It is true if you don't say to yourself you need to do something for you only then you wont do it. I need to decide what is the one thing that I want to focus on that will help me to relax and not give excuse that there is not time or the kids are sick. So that is my plan which is not an easy task to do.

Comment on PICNIC IN THE PARK

don is visiting me until the 20th! I knew him as Baba Don and I always wondered where or what became of him. I lived with him and your mom for a short period of time in the Arizona Yoga Ashram back in 1970.
I went back there in 1973 after my daughter was born and your mom and dad had a daughter (maybe you) was born around the same time. I was wondering if that was you. By coincidence their daughters name was the same as ours Nanaki. I am just curious if that was your birth name.

thank you. stanley

Comment on Day 13 - Nature Abhors a Vacuum

You're positive outlook in life will set you free from toxicity. We know for a fact that worrying is worst than useless and saying you love life is already tantamount to saying goodbye to sickness and the like. I like the way you treat yourself and so with your life. Am too go for green living, no to toxic foods and always think positive in spite of the odds. Remember, all your sickness will fade away, just think positive and good for you to stay away from refined sugar and the like.

Comment on Day 13 - Nature Abhors a Vacuum

So glad to hear you're cutting out the refined sugar.
