Seweed recipes - Per Your Request!
I wasn't going to make you wait too long!
Sea palm becomes a great green/black noodle when soaked for 20 minutes. Ad your favorite pesto (cilantro, garlic, etc) and serve! Yum!
Agar Agar - is great for desserts (it is vegetarian gelatine). You can make a coconut banana flan, a lemon verbena panno cotta, a mango jello - add 4 c. juice to 4 tbls agar - boil 5 minutes and then refrigerate.
Take almond mild + agave + agar - as it is setting, put in freezer and you will have gelato!
Other ideas for the Wild Devotion sisters include bladderwrack cheesecake and green tea/seaweed ice cream!

Gomasio - is an amazing combo of 7 seaweeds, spirulina, sesame seeds - to sprinkle on salads, sides, entrees etc.
1/2 an avocado + gomasio, scrambled eggs + gomasio, rice/quinoa + you get the picture.
All seaweeds - soak for 30 minutes
An Idea - add 2 dried shitake mushrooms (medicinal) and 2 pieces of kombu - soak for 30 minutes. Add some red onions (cleansing lungs), yellow onions, garlic, and any veggies, some ginger and voila! (Add carrots at the end).

I love these recipe sounds delicious. I do have one question what is a sea palm?

Sea Palm is a wonderfully delicious sea plant that when dried is cruncy and makes a great snack. You won't find it at whole foods which carries the more popular selling: kelp, dulse, nori, wakame, hijiki - but it is available through the wonderful ladies as the seaweed collective www.wilddevoceanseaweed.com. check it out. Got a comment from my teacher/mentor/sister Trish - they are harvesting as we type!
