Survival Tip #1: Keep Breathing

Woke up this morn to sign up Lishai for summer camp. I was told by a mom that our West Hollywood Park has an AMAZING camp, $100/week (that is amazing as camps are averaging $200-250 in Los Angeles). This year it is alottery at 10am since it was so popular last year. I got to West Hollywood Park at 9:45am. Where to go? Everything was closed, I searched high and low, auditorium, pool...nada. 10:05am and frustrated, the afore mentioned mom isn't answering her phone. I get in the car and as I am driving home, I am thinking - well maybe my wish will come true and we will spend the summer in Israel with my mom (tickets right now are way beyond our means...) "I am open to the possibility..." I say to myself.
Get home and at 10:40, she calls. It is at Plummer Park (of course, I think, that totally makes sense - hold the lottery - not at the actual site...) She tells me to come over. I run/drive there within 2 minutes only to find I am 15 minutes late. They handed out lottery numbers from 10-10:30am. I am beyond frustrated. I feel livid and ready to scream! But I don't. And there is a tightness in my chest...
Okay - BREATHE! BREATHE! BREATHE!
It may be helping a bit.
BREATHE! BREATHE! BREATHE!
I come home. Let's go to the zoo. A change a scenery. Connect with the animal spirits. TRUST!
Everything for a reason. It's okay not to know what is going to happen next. Trust.
So that's where I am at right now.
ps I'm on day 4 of the Cleanse. Further details to follow...

I agree. I would have been equally upset. But, what are you gonna do? Amazing how breathing can help, eh?
I'm curious about your detox. Do tell.
