Getting Ready to Gong and Balm this Weekend!
No, I haven't forgot about the Spring Cleansing. I am ordering my supplies tomarrow. This week my grandmother flew in from Canada. We are enjoying reconnecting over wine, fresh bread and cheeses - classic fare for my French-Canadian artist Grandma! I "gonged" a client this past Saturday. It has been way way too long since I have held a gong meditation. Listening to the sounds of the Gong is so theraputic, relaxing and transformative. Playing the gong has so many benefits as well. However my gong has sat quietly, uncomplaining in the corner for so many months of morning sickness, fatigue, etc. So when I received several emails inquiring when the next gong bath meditation was, well I figured- the universe is signalling - it's time to get my gong back on!
The session went really well. We started with some breathing exercises and body relaxation techniques. I played the gong for over 45 minutes and we both were in a beautiful space at the end! Of course, her phone rang twice - once in the middle and the other timed exactly 30 seconds after I finished! Talk about a wake up call!
This Saturday, I am doing a fundraiser for my daughter's school. I will be teaching how to make healing balm/salve using all natural ingredients. I have been making products for over 4 years and I love using this balm on my babies, myself, and my clients/patients.
Last years Balm ingredients: butters of cocoa, shea, mango, avocado, aloe vera, oils of hempseed, jojoba, almond, botanically infuse grapeseed oil (calendula, comfrey, plantain, st. john's wort, elderflower, mullein), with vit. E and GSE, essential oils of lavender, rose geranium and chamomile. I always Reiki and Gong my products to infuse them with those energies.
So this Saturday we are getting our gong and balm on!!!!!!!!!
Spring todo list: 1. taxes 2. balm/gong workshop 3. classroom fundraiser project 4. spring cleansing for the family!
I think I will be doing www.doctornatura.com cleanse. It is the closest thing to what I would do if I were to put a cleanse together. So as life is hectic - I will do a spring cleanse with their colonix and toxinout systems.
I will keep you informed!

This time I bought my supplies from www.fromnaturewithlove.com. I love www.rainbowmeadow.com for their website - recipes, tips, conversion tables. I have bought from them in the past however they have a limited selection of products. I have also bought from a few other internet sites.
